Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to assist with general upkeep, remodel work, and make-readies. An ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of HVAC repair work commonly done on homes and apartment units.

• Complete daily work orders and assignments in a timely manner
• Perform house/unit renovations and upgrades as directed
• Report & Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with Lead Tech
• Perform on-call duties on a rotational schedule (24-hour availability for a 7-period)
• Perform routine and scheduled painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and troubleshooting on a daily basis
• Complete the required paperwork and documentation

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of prior maintenance experience in multifamily, single-family remodel, or new construction homes
• NCCER Core Curriculum Cert - Recommended
• NCCER Level 1 Cert in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical - Recommended
• Valid Texas Drivers License
• The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• The ability to work in varied weather and temperature conditions
• Must provide own tools for basic repair & maintenance tasks
