About the Role:
As an AI Trainer, you'll work on a long-term search evaluation project, analyzing search queries to understand user intent and optimize search results. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology while developing valuable skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and grade search results to improve their relevance based on your knowledge of U.S. English and local culture.
- Analyze user intent behind search queries to ensure search results are accurate and meaningful.
- Follow detailed written instructions to perform evaluations efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
No experience required—recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Must have been born and completed most of your schooling in the United States.
Tech-savvy, with a preference for candidates familiar with Mac operating systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow directions and complete time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
On-site availability: Must be able to commute to our client's Uptown Central San Antonio office (near the airport) and work Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
