Full Job Description
Aerospace - Contract Manager will oversee all aspects of a contract negotiations, obligations and implementation. Negotiate contracts, advise management, supervise the implementation and the execution for optimal efficiency and entertain relation with the customers.
Animate contract management and performance reviews as per contract's governance
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, including tracking key milestones, deadlines and deliverables
• Monitor contract performance according to SLA
• Develop and maintain a contract management system to organize and track contracts, amendments, pricing updates and related documents.
• Ensure Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction are delivered
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement Customer Review.
• Manage Monthly Internal Operational Customer Review.
• Manage Quarterly Customer Business Review with the various groups within the customer.
• Manage Customer Quarterly Global Business Review with the support of the Airbus GAM.
• Animate/communicate between regional Control Towers & Airbus contract managers.
• Identify the potential risks (legal, commercial, financial, operational, etc.) and propose measures in order to protect the company’s interests, while considering the Customer’s requirements.
• Coordinate Tenders and Contractual documentation associated (Rates, Lead time, transport plan…).
Collaboration with Global Account Team
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate contract implementation and execution
• Assure Data Quality, Reports & KPIs according to SLA.
• Alignment on projects/improvements and other Global Initiatives.
• Provide visibility and relevant data on all flows (financial and volumetrics).
• Ensure accurate reporting and metrics (performance…) are delivered on-time
• Initiate and follow-up Design & Re-Engineering projects, when applicable.
• Introduce continuous improvement plans and analyze outcome.
Other Assignments
• Project Lead/Implementation of new flows/projects with respective teams.
• Communicate to all parties, updates, renewal.
• Setup and Follow-up corresponding risks, improvement & opportunities projects.
• Ensure that contractual documents are maintained (update, renewal…) and known within the organization.
• Participate to forum/exhibition as sales.
• Lead sustainable initiatives.
In charge of contractual commitments with the Airbus Group (Civil, Defense & Space, Helicopter, Airbus Atlantic, FHS) and to ensure harmonization of operations of all Bolloré branches in the United-States.

Minimum Requirements
• In depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Ability to review and Redline legal agreements
• Understanding of Risk Exposure and mitigation
• Clear, concise communications
• Detailed knowledge of pricing and contract finance
• Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
• Exemplify a strong attention to detail
• Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
• Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Capable of professionally managing confidential information
• Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 -7 years progressive experience in FEDSIM contracts management
Other Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Government service-related contract types including cost reimbursable, T&M, and fixed price acquisition and assistance management
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Government GSA contracting
• Strong organizational skills and tasks management, strong attention to detail to ensure record of documentation is filed professionally and accurately for internal and external audit
• Excellent reading comprehension skills and demonstrated ability to analyze complex contracts clauses
• Ability to communicate well in person and via email to individuals and small groups of company staff
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within required deadlines.
• Experience working in an integrated team environment; able to operate independently as well as part of a team
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
