OVERVIEW:
We are looking to hire a skilled Administrative / Personal Assistant to join an established team for an oil and gas customer. The individual in this role will be responsible for accurate record keeping and updating of inventory in excel, as well as following technical documented processes to company requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to join the team onsite at the Houston office.
Administrative Assistant: Outline objectives but not limited to:
• Assist and follow guidance from the executive in relation to day-to-day activities
• Attend meetings as directed and capture, document and share professional meeting minutes
• Manage and update all Salesforce Data
• Arrange travel, hotels and rental vehicles
• Manage and manipulate the calendar
• Manage and submit expenses
Travel and Work Location
• The successful candidate will be required to attend remote meetings throughout the region of North America
• Onsite attendance within the Houston office will be required

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Location: Houston, Texas
Hours: 40 hours per week (minimum)
Model: Required to be onsite

Salary: $45-50k depending on experience
Requirements
· Attention to detail
· Onsite 5 days a week
· Skilled in Excel
· Experience with Salesforce, planning travel and managing calendar
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organization
· Self-Starter, comfortable working independently reporting to executive
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years administrative experience
