Job Summary:
Piping Technology & Products, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Sales Team. This is an hourly, full-time, 100% on-site role, located at our corporate headquarters at 3701 Holmes Road, Houston, TX 77051. Candidates should ensure they reside within a commutable distance before applying.

This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or office management experience. Sales, customer service, or marketing experience considered a strong advantage. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to effectively interact with clients, customers, and all levels of staff, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and coordinate sales team activities and calendar management.
  • Maintain records of client contact information and update precisely.
  • Creating reports and drafting correspondences, or other formal documents.
  • Establish sales territories, quotes, and goals for members of the sales team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights/hotels/rental cars) and create travel itineraries.
  • Scheduling and preparing customer meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assisting with sales calls and client communication.
  • Preparing product mixes for sales team.
  • Organizing shop tours and supporting sales initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

This role is integral to enhancing the efficiency of administrative operations across the Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be personable, proactive, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 Years of Administrative or Office Management Experience
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred - College Coursework will be Considered in Lieu of Degree
  • A High School Diploma
  • Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing Experience is a PLUS
  • Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office/PowerPoint)
