We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Administrator. Your primary role will be to assist us with maintaining files and paperwork and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
    • Communicating with warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
    • Oversee heavy lifting operations, ensuring that all team members are properly trained in safe lifting techniques.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory management practices.
    • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
    • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facility to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs

Requirements

  • Related warehouse experience would be considered as an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
