As the Admin at the Children's Refugee Shelter in partnership with Teneo Linguistics Company, your administrative expertise will underpin the daily workings of a haven for refugee children seeking solace, safety, and a new start. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the shelter.
- Handle correspondence, manage files, and maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and assist in event planning for shelter activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager, Program Director, and other key personnel.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring all departments are well-equipped.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in settings that cater to vulnerable populations.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Bilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, will be considered an advantage though not mandatory.
