Accounting Manager- Powersports Dealer

Requirements

Black Gold Harley-Davidson is looking for a Dealership Controller with at least

three years of strong automotive dealership experience as a Controller or strong

Office Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized

individual to join our accounting team in Allen, Texas. This position will also

administer our Dallas Harley-Davidson dealership in Garland, TX. This is a

wonderful environment and can be a long-term ‘home’ for the right candidate.

Black Gold HD, is an entity within the RumbleOn national dealership network, with

over 55 stores across the country!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily posting of bank transactions

• Sales deal billing; loading inventory.

• Process daily OEM dealer transfers

• Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks.

• Some titling registration experience a plus

• Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations

• F&I products / warranty cancellations

• Supervise an accounting staff of four.

• Month end closing process.

• General Ledger reconciliations and cleaning schedules.

• Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and

instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.

• Various projects assigned by the Region Controller.

SKILLS

 Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.

 Strong organizational and time management skills

 Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.

 Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, Google docs, Gmail).

EDUCATION AND BENEFITS
