Accounting Clerk- Central Texas Harley-Davidson

A family-owned automotive dealership in the Round Rock, TX area is in search of a solid part-time accounting clerk with recent experience in GL, AR or AP. A ‘hands on’ positive personality that wants a home. You will receive much training and have various resources at your disposal.  We have a great work environment and growth potential. 

Have you had past experience in the following?

• Cash posting, working with bank statements and reports.
• Coding and input of A/P invoices and process vendor checks.
• Credit card receipts and reconciliations
• Customer billing, AR system controls
• Monthly vendor statement reconciliations
• Assist with month end closing cycle, meeting deadlines.
• General Ledger reconciliations and moxie, able to learn more of financial reporting.
• Have you had any title and registration experience?  Would you like to learn?  
• Loves a great team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

• Good Excel, Microsoft proficiency
• Development of good bookkeeping skills with experience
