Patients instantly access an ER Telehealth Doctor and a Patient Navigator who provide a trusted, genuine human connection in a time of need. EMS becomes more available for critical emergencies while we deliver higher quality care at a lower cost and better experience for everyone.

WHO YOU ARE

As the EMS Account Manager, you will support sales and marketing efforts to successfully manage current clients such as fire departments, ambulance services, 911 communications centers, PSAP Directors, and end users, while also driving new business revenue by adding new partners. Your primary role will be to nurture existing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, while also seeking new business opportunities by developing relationships and generating demand with potential customers. You will use your sales and communication skills to cultivate strong relationships and sales activities with customers, from initial contact to contracting, boosting sales, and contributing to our long-term revenue goals.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage and nurture relationships with current EMS clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with leadership on process and strategy to add new partners in assigned markets
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop leads as sales opportunities
  • Support senior sales leadership in meeting preparation and opportunity analysis
  • Handle all inbound qualified sales leads from phone, email, web, and referral partners within the target market
  • Implement proactive prospecting schedule to increase sales pipeline and to build and maintain a balanced funnel of prospects
  • Meet established volume generation objectives for the fiscal year
  • Thoroughly understand our products and services and articulate the value proposition to customers, including performing technology demonstrations
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot/Asana) including companies, contact demographics, and deals to support pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Work in conjunction with internal groups for lead generation and/or referrals
  • Build long-term and trusting relationships with prospects and customers
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients
  • Attend state and local industry events
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing plans
  • Proactively seek knowledge on EMS market trends and policy

Requirements

  • Texas based, within a reasonable distance to the DFW metro area
  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater in a related field
  • Experience in EMS, public safety, or related fields: a clinical degree is not required but you must be able to demonstrate comprehension of the EMS market, trends, value-based contracting, and provider contracting
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, business development, and quota-based roles
  • Demonstrable experience with outbound demand generation including cold calls, digital campaigns, social media management, and use of marketing stack tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
  • Training and/or certification in recognized sales process methodologies (Miller Heiman, Value Selling, Challenger sales)
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Proven analytic skills supportive of sales research and opportunity strategy development
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Virtual home office with a willingness to travel to client locations
