2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Connect Now Staffing, LLC!

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facility. Your main goal will be to ensure that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain equipment reliability
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruptions to production
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage maintenance budgets and control expenses
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
