Requirements

Voice / Network Support:

• Manage phone setup and changes (Cisco, Zoom)
• Voicemail
• User info
• Phone replacement
• Verizon Patient OneTalk Cordless solution
• Verify settings
• 911 Address
• User Info (Name, Cost Center)
• User features (Call Rejection, Call Waiting, International Calling, Caller ID Blocking)
• Phone replacement (Setup base and pair 3 handsets to it)
• Modify Vlans on switch ports
• Phone
• PC
• Copier/Printer
• Wireless
• Infrastructure
• Monitor/Resolve network and circuit outages
• Troubleshoot issues (SD-WAN, Switch, Firewall, VPN)
• Contact ISP for circuit outages
• Setup site-to-site tunnels with vendors/partners

·         Cisco Catalyst Switches (3650 and 9300)

·         Cisco Nexus 9300 and 2248 Switches (Data Center)
