We are currently hiring an experienced and motivated Territory Manager, In-Home Wound Care, to join our team and help us expand our reach in Nashville, by establishing referral partnerships with providers and positively impacting the health of wound care patients.
The Territory Manager, In-Home Wound Care, will focus on the following:
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals and organizations in the Nashville area.
- Educate physicians and healthcare professionals about Esperta Health's services and the benefits of in-home wound care
- Generate and follow up on leads to increase patient referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Attend conferences and networking events to promote Esperta Health and expand our network
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient referral business development or sales
- Minimum of 3 years of experience calling on physician offices, focused on developing referral partnerships
- Ability to meet weekly metrics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Nashville area
- Resides in Nashville Metro area
