We are currently seeking a seasoned Tax Manager - CPA to join our esteemed client's team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area, delivering quality tax services, and increasing the reputation of firm. You will also serve as a business advisor to clients, aiming to maximize engagement and achieve qualitative outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise and understanding of flow-through taxation, partnerships, and S-corporations
- Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to our clients
- Review work papers prepared by staff, recommend changes, and implement additional documentation identified through applicable tax law and firm policy
- Supervise tax associates and senior associates to ensure tax engagements are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Participate in business development activities to expand our client base, attend networking events and industry meetings, and engage in thought leadership and speaking engagements
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns
- Active CPA license is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
- Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills
- Exceptional client service skills with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
