Spa Patient Representative

Come join Dr. Tom Gallaher and team as a full-time Medical Spa Patient Representative at Gallaher Plastic Surgery and Spa MD, a premier Plastic Surgery practice and Medical Spa in the East Tennessee area. We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is a team player, friendly, and outgoing and will be the face of our Medical Spas in the Knoxville area.  

In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for patient check-in and check-out functions, collecting/maintaining patient information, posting charges and payments, answering phones, scheduling, filing, and retail product sales.

Requirements

·         While we prefer a candidate who has previous spa/medical office experience, it is not a must.

·         Knowledge of the services and skincare products offered is desirable.

·         This position serves the two locations in Knoxville, so the ability to travel between locations when needed is required. You should expect to work Normal spa hours that include Saturdays.
