Core10 is seeking a Senior Sales Executive who will work on our Core10 Revenue team focusing on supporting our Mesh product suite.
Core10, founded in 2016, is a rapidly growing U.S.-based provider of lending, account opening, and BaaS products, as well as software development services. Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Core10 is the trusted, easy button partner for banking digital transformation and innovation. The company’s Accrue platform provides an omnichannel digital lending and deposit account opening solution to help elevate and streamline banking operations. Its Mesh middleware layer gives banks a flexible, modern infrastructure to connect their entire technology ecosystem with their core. Supporting their product lines, Core10's professional services team has years of experience building APIs and core connectivity as well as custom software product development.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for the full deal cycle, including building a pipeline through outbound selling, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, leading product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Develop in-depth knowledge of target accounts by researching and developing relationships
- Interface with key decision makers and senior leaders to uncover pain points
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospects and clients to effectively articulate the value of Core10’s Mesh product suite and professional services
- Conduct extensive research on the banking, fintech and middleware industry
- Synthesize and communicate prospect feedback to the product team to help with continuous product improvement and inform future features
- Attend industry events, conferences, and in person meetings at needed with prospects/customers to build industry presence, grow relationships, and establish yourself as a subject matter expert in banking technology
- Work with the team and sales leadership to constantly improve sales execution, processes/systems, and grow your skill set
- Help the Core10 team expand and grow market presence to establish Mesh as an industry leading middleware, data warehousing, and analytics platform.

- Must be highly organized and able to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently; arranges information and files in a useful manner
- Demonstrates ability to clearly and succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of current and possible future policies, practices, trends and developments affecting the industry; knows the competition
- Must be effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on one, small and large groups, with peers and others
- Willing to learn and can display a strong understanding of the value of SaaS, middleware, and digital products in banking
- Possesses a working knowledge of cloud-based banking platforms, core providers, APIs, banking operations, etc.
- Must be able to travel as needed for industry events, prospect meetings, in-person presentations, etc.
- Must show a desire to grow your career in enterprise software sales
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Fintech SaaS or banking sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships with financial institutions
- Proficiency with computer programs and key enterprise sales tools (Microsoft365, Outlook, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Extensive experience in account/prospect development and a consistent track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
