Senior Graphic Designer

Visual Voice, an award-winning graphic design company, is seeking a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at Visual Voice, you will work with a team of seasoned professionals to conceptualize and create visual communications that communicate our clients' messages with a desired impact. Visual Voice specializes in using design and production elements to visually convey messages and organize ideas. Our Graphic Designers are an integral part of our team, utilizing their creativity and expertise to create innovative and effective design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visual communications such as branding, print materials, and interactive online solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and create designs that effectively communicate their message.
• Collaborate with other Graphic Designers, Production Specialists, and Project Managers to ensure all design work meets high-quality standards and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate our work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Attend client meetings and present design concepts and solutions.
• Develop guidelines and templates to maintain consistency and quality of design work.

Requirements

• Full-time, on-site (Maryville, TN) availability
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, including print and digital design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create impactful designs that align with a brand's identity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present design concepts and solutions to clients.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
