Join our team as a Senior Accountant and be at the forefront of our financial operations, reporting directly to the Controller. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing detailed financial reports that keep our organization on track, from monitoring assets and liabilities to analyzing profits, losses, and tax obligations. Key Responsibilities

·       Lead standard cost accounting reviews for materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

·       Play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate inventory reporting.

·       Contribute to the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements, driving our financial success.

·       Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, covering bank accounts, inventories, fixed assets, and liabilities.

·       Collaborate with external auditors, providing essential information during audits.

·       Innovate by evaluating and recommending improvements to processes, policies, and systems, with a special focus on SOX compliance.

·       Organize and execute cycle counts and annual physical inventory, ensuring precision and accountability.

·       Deliver insightful product margin reports and analysis.

·       Take on additional related duties that contribute to our overall success.

·       Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Requitements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

·       A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

·       Willing to commit to work onsite 5 days per week in a Team environment!

·       In-depth knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles.

·       Experience in enhancing processes, policies, and systems, particularly related to SOX compliance.

·       Proficient with accounting software and ERP-based financial systems

·       Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
