Your Responsibilities:
- Take charge of leading, developing, and motivating a team of sales professionals to drive exceptional sales results and surpass targets
- Supervise day-to-day activities, such as inventory management and financial reporting
- Create and execute successful initiatives to boost regional sales
- Ensure an exceptional five-star customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Holds a valid driver's license and has access to reliable transportation
