Compensation: $90,000.00, Bonus 10-20%, Relocation, Benefits 30 - 60 days

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our luxury hotel in Tennessee. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue. This includes managing the front of house and back of house staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
  • Train and develop the restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and create a positive work environment
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Understanding of restaurant financials and experience in budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
