Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs
- Collaborating with the client's healthcare team
- Start of Care (Memphis and surroundings areas)
- Supervisory Visits
- Re-Certification Visits

Requirements
- MUST HAVE PRVIOUS OASIS AND HOME CARE EXPERIENCE!
- We are currently looking for wound care experience.
- Current nursing license (RN)
- In good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- CPR certification (no online cards accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
