PT Front Office

Rockwood Marina & RV Resort, located on the picturesque Watts Bar Lake, is a brand-new Marina and RV Resort looking to build and expand our team for the 2024 season! We are looking for a friendly and team-oriented PT Front Desk candidates to join our office crew! As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a Front Desk Clerk team member, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and assisting guests with various requests. General computer skills are required. Understanding Microsoft software and making reservations experience preferred.
