Pre-Fab Design Project Manager

F. L. Crane & Sons, Inc. an employee-owned specialty contractor with over 75 years of experience covering a wide range of finishing, metal panel systems and custom crating. We are based out of Fulton MS and operate 14 divisions throughout the southeastern part of the US. • Coordinate and manage pre-fabrication projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand project requirements and develop project plans
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Oversee the design and engineering process of pre-fabricated components
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of pre-fabricated components
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
• Manage the procurement and delivery of pre-fabricated components
• Monitor project progress and manage any changes or issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve pre-fabrication processes and standards

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, 4 years of light gauge steel / wood Framing Mechanic experience or related field (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-fabrication project management (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pre-fabrication processes, materials, and techniques
• Proficient in project management software and tools such as Revit, Struccsoft MWF
