Position Overview:

Skin Clique is seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft 365 System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment to support our business operations efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, security best practices, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Administer and configure Dynamics 365 environments to meet business requirements.
  • Manage user roles, security, and team access policies across Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 platforms.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on how to utilize various Microsoft 365 applications effectively.
  • Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
  • Assist in the integration of Dynamics 365 with other business applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare upgrade strategies to leverage new features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-users and promote self-service capabilities.
  • Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices for Microsoft 365, evaluating their potential impact and implementing changes as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 Administrator, with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing, security, and compliance policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable.
