Pest Control Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team at Lookout Pest Control West Knoxville. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing quality pest control services to our valued customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Performing pest control treatments at customer locations
• Conducting inspections to identify pest problems and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of services performed and documenting any findings or recommendations
• Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pest control

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Prior experience in pest control or a related field
• Strong knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
