Performance Manager
OneTouch Direct is seeking a motivated and experienced Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives, monitoring their performance, and providing coaching and training to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Monitor individual and team performance, track sales metrics, and report on progress.
- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve the team's performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and improved productivity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Some travel required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
