Medical Spa Patient Representative

Come join Dr. Tom Gallaher and team as a Full Time Medical Spa Patient Representative at Gallaher Plastic Surgery and Spa MD, a premier plastic surgery practice and medical spa in the East Tennessee area.

We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is a team player, friendly, and outgoing and will be the face if our Knoxville based Medical Spas.

In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for patient check-in and check-out functions, collecting/maintaining patient information, posting charges and payments, answering phones, scheduling, and filing as needed.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• While we prefer a candidate who has previous spa/medical office experience, it is not a must.
• Knowledge of the services and skincare products offered is desirable.
• This position serves the two locations in Knoxville, so the ability to travel between locations when needed is required.

• You should expect to work Normal spa hours that include Saturdays.
