About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Mass Timber Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Soddy-Daisy, TN. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a deep understanding of mass timber construction processes and a proven track record of delivering projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities specific to mass timber projects.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory management.
• Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate with engineers and architects to resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including compliance reports, budget records, and project timelines.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on the job site.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for candidates with specific expertise in mass timber.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.

Benefits

Salary: $65,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
