This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to our Director of Marketing. This position is eligible for our industry-leading benefits package, including premium health care (we cover 100% of your premium and 50% of your dependents’), generous PTO, a tiered bonus incentive plan, and paid maternity and paternity leave, among other stellar perks. This position requires candidates to reside in Nashville, Tennessee, or within a couple of hours' driving distance for regular in-person meetings throughout each month. Employees are expected to work synchronously from 9-3 pm CT, Monday through Friday, and whatever additional hours are necessary to achieve the outcomes they are responsible for. We are simultaneously committed to delivering the operating results we are committed to together while also having the margin we need for our health and most important relationships. To that end, we allow flexibility to pick up children from school, attend to personal matters or appointments, etc. so long as you complete your work and communicate with your supervisor about it in advance. And, we encourage employees to constantly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of their work to enable them to "achieve more” by doing less.

M I S S I O N
The mission of the Marketing Copywriter is to contribute to the overall profitability of Full Focus by delivering compelling copy to attract, convert, and retain customers. This includes writing entire promotional campaigns, email funnels, video and webinar scripts, sales pages, and more to ensure our audiences have a compelling experience with our brand that ultimately helps us reach our revenue goals.
The Marketing Copywriter will advance the message and mission of Full Focus by delivering compelling copy on time, executing frameworks for our email campaigns, and continuing to test and learn from each email campaign, product launch, and lead-generating tactic.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing team.
Your goal in this role is to drive revenue through email campaigns. Specifically, in the next six months as the Marketing Copywriter, you aim to accomplish these two main objectives:
- The revenue generated from email marketing has increased by 10% from previous period.
- You have successfully increased our engaged list by 10%.
This is achieved through three primary main areas of focus, including but not limited to:
- Strategizing: You will develop unique angles, content, and ideas to support selling our various products and growing our email list. You ensure the overall success of campaigns by working collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, Owned Audiences, and the rest of the Marketing Team, sharing insight and strategic thought on reaching our goals. You will work alongside the high-level marketing strategy and develop targeted messaging to reach specific audience segments.
- Writing: You write persuasive and highly converting copy. You know how to turn pain points, desires, and objections into campaigns that convert. Your words ultimately are what turns leads into customers.
- Evaluating: You constantly evaluate your email campaigns and funnels, sales and landing pages, and scripts for effectiveness, with the availability to make last-minute adjustments based on feedback and performance. You regularly report this to the marketing team and offer improvement solutions.
In your role as Marketing Copywriter, the primary number that you own on the team is revenue attributed to emails.
You will also be responsible for reporting on a handful of KPIs, including, but not limited to, new email subscribers, unsubscribes, email open and click-through rates, total marketable contacts, percentage of total buyers to subscribers, etc.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience and Values:
- 2-3 years of Marketing Copywriting
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution
- Connect deeply with Full Focus core values.
- Be familiar with content similar to Full Focus and executive coaching business models in the marketplace.

- Travel: Land travel (less than 10%) is required. Full Focus team members are based near our headquarters in Franklin, TN. Because we value our team’s autonomy to do their best and most focused work, we enjoy a primarily remote work environment, with in-person meetings as needed to collaborate and connect.
