We are looking for an LCSW who’s ready to make a real difference in the lives of patients. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs through virtual consultations and psychosocial evaluations
- Offer individual, family, and group therapy tailored to client goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build customized care plans
- Act as a client advocate, connecting them with appropriate community services
- Keep accurate records of therapy sessions and patient progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LCSW licensure
- Experience working with the aging population
- Expertise in clinical assessments and therapeutic techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
