Responsibilities
- Create and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accuracy in billing and project costs.
- Manage and streamline administrative tasks to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in invoicing or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
