Housekeeper

Cottonwood Residential is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of our residential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in individual units and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service will play a vital role in enhancing the overall resident experience. You will perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as handling laundry services and managing supply inventories. You will be expected to work independently while also collaborating with other team members to ensure that all cleaning schedules are met timely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, hallways, and common areas, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as wash windows and walls as needed.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Work closely with the property management team to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests, addressing any concerns promptly and respectfully.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and work independently without supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and staff effectively.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols.
