Who We Are
Haven Birth and Wellness is a holistic, relationship-based health practice dedicated to supporting, educating, and encouraging women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. We provide safe, compassionate care in both our office and home settings, focusing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our clients.
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to help manage communications, keep the office organized, welcome clients, and support our team. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and in providing high-quality care to women and families.

A Typical Day Might Look Like
Client Interaction & Communication:
- Answering phones, texts, and emails during office hours.
- Acting as a salesperson for email and phone inquiries, processing new leads, and setting them up as new clients.
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients and inquiries.
- Welcoming and hosting clients during their visits, including keeping the office environment tidy and stocked.
- Completing retail item sales at reception.
Office Management:
- Keeping the office tidy and organized.
- Assembling birth bags and keeping the office stocked.
- Coordinating with building facilities for any needs.
- Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- You are a self-starter and finisher with excellent prioritization skills. If you see something that needs to be done, you go for it!
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- You’re flexible and ready to support new services or projects when they’re introduced. You’re comfortable with adjusting how things are done, updating routines, and helping keep things on track as they move forward.
- You’re a relational, warm person who can carry yourself with empathy and kindness in client and team interactions.
- A team player who values collaboration and mutual support.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with G-Suite and able to learn new platforms easily. Previous experience with ClickUp is a bonus!
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Native English speaker.
- This is a part-time, on-site position in Franklin, TN. You will need to be in the office from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM CST on Friday. You will also be required to attend an office staff meeting every 4-8 weeks, which occurs outside of typical office hours.

Compensation starts at $18 per hour.
Additionally, we offer the following benefits:
- 8 days of paid time off per year, eligible after an initial 60 days of employment. A "day" is equivalent to 8 hours.
