Full Job Description
The GOVX Warehouse Reverse Logistics Lead responsibilities will typically include maintaining daily inventory logs, organizing, inspecting inventory, and filling orders, though assignments and tasks can change daily based on the immediate needs of the company.
Warehouse Leads certified to operate forklifts may also be responsible for moving shipments throughout the warehouse via a forklift. Others may assist with the heavy lifting of boxes and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds. Routine cleaning duties will also be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Processing returns as determined by the category they are in.
- Develop and manage a team for processing the GOVX returns.
- Help develop and implement processing and procedures.
- Ensure GOVX Principles.
- Fulfilling product order invoices.
- Inspecting finished or returned products for defects and damage.
- Picking inventory for package assembly
- Receiving of inbound product and returns
- Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and addressing them appropriately.
- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
- Managing all merchandise with appropriate care
- Ensure Warehouse is neat and organized.
- And other duties as assigned by warehouse manager.
- Communicate often with CX (Customer Service Team) with issues that arise.
- Assist approving team time off requests and payroll.
Requirements
- Associate degree minimum.
- Good communication skills for interacting and coordinating with coworkers.
- Willingness to work as a team player.
- Problem-solving skills to effectively handle urgent issues.
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks.
- Physical stamina and strength to tolerate heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Organizational skills when assembling packages and shipments.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills for creating invoices and other financial documents.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Experience in a Warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
Travel Requirements
No travel is required for this position.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will have supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch.
- Occasional Saturday and weekday overtime may be required depending on work volume.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional environment subject to state and local health ordinances. This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, pallet jacks, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. A hard hat is required when on the warehouse floor.

Pay Range
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
