Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a skilled Fulfillment Associate to oversee all operational aspects of our second warehouse in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The ideal candidate will have 3 or 4 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a small retail company setting. The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight carriers to ensure timely delivery of inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels and manage reordering
• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of warehouse staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer demand and resolve any logistics issues
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
• Ability to commute and work on site at our Nashville-area warehouse
• 3-4 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a small retail company
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, typically M-F, with potential for a few weekend days if necessary
