Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers
• Serve meals, beverages, and snacks in a friendly manner
• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance as needed
• Manage in-flight service and ensure high-quality customer experience
• Handle any in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports post-flight to ensure compliance and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in at least one language other than English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle stressful situations
