Full Job Description

The Ebbert Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Law Staff Attorney to join our team. With a commitment to providing exceptional legal services, we are dedicated to representing employees in various employment-related matters. As an Employment Law Staff Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, handle a diverse caseload, and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development
  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, briefs, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient communication and caseload management
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding employment law matters
  • Conduct client interviews and prepare clients for depositions and hearings
  • Assist in developing and presenting training programs on employment law topics for clients and staff

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar association
  • At least [X] years of experience practicing employment law
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong oral advocacy skills and experience in courtroom litigation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using legal research tools and technology
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
