Aspire Medical Staffing, a renowned healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking skilled and dedicated Emergency Room Physicians to join our team at Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center .
As an Emergency Room Physician at Aspire Medical Staffing, you will provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions and emergencies.

Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a residency/fellowship program in Emergency Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in any state in the USA
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick and accurate decisions
- Experience in managing a wide range of acute medical conditions and emergencies
- Ability to effectively triage patients based on severity of condition
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Duties:
- Assess and triage patients presenting to the emergency room
- Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions and emergencies
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Stabilize patients in critical condition and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Make timely and accurate decisions regarding patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families
