OneTouch Direct is looking for motivated individuals to fill the role of Community Resource Specialist. If you have a passion for customer care and want to join a startup operation geared towards making a positive impact on the lives of others. 

As a Community Resource Specialist at OneTouch Direct, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and verifying vendor information to ensure people maximize their benefits and community resources.

Responsibilities:

• Verify vendor contact information
• Promote and upsell products or services
• Meet and exceed quality targets
• Assist employees and businesses build health equity
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years outbound call center experience
• 2+ years patent service experience(Preferred)
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think analytically and be detail oriented
• Data Entry experience
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Cloud based technology experience
