Position: Licensed and Pre-licensed Therapist position (1099 Contractor)

Zen-Inspired Life Expectations:

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions with a focus on holistic wellness.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate holistic practices.
• The ability to collaborate with a dynamic team of wellness professionals.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance your holistic therapy skills.
• Contribute to community workshops and wellness events to promote holistic health and wellbeing.
• Consistently communicate caseload availability and scheduling needs with Management and Support Team.
• Submit timely documentation within 48 hours of session completion and maintain accurate documentation to ensure client charts are up to date and complete.
• Mandatory 24-hour notification when needing to cancel or reschedule clients.
• Passionate about holistic wellness and integrative health.
• Experienced in various therapeutic modalities and open to incorporating holistic practices.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Enthusiastic about being part of a forward-thinking, fun-loving team.

• Monthly paid Consultation Groups led by experienced clinicians, offering the opportunity to connect, share, and evolve your skills.
• Marketing support to build client caseload
• Supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians

· *The compensation range for this position is $50-$60 for fully licensed and $40 for

pre-licensed associates.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a similar field required.
• LPC-MHSP or LCSW preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee.
