Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies based on thorough market analysis and consumer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category plans with marketing, sales, and supply chain objectives
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage product assortments
- Monitor and report on category performance, including sales, margins, and inventory levels

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in category management or product management within the consumer goods sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Proven track record of successfully managing product categories and driving growth
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
