Inbound B2B Customer Care and Customer Service

Guaranteed base pay PLUS UNLIMITED WEEKLY Bonuses!!

Production Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 11:30AM - 8:30PM

Customer Care & Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T business customers in order to help resolve issues and employ sales skills to try to provide additional value by offering a service or product to their account. Top performers regularly earn $1200-$1500 in weekly bonuses in addition to salary.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide inbound customer service for AT&T business customers.
  • Capitalize on all opportunities to expand AT&T services.
  • Consistently provide a great customer experience.
  • Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent required to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience is an asset, but not required
  • Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
  • Dynamic personality with high energy
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
  • Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
