Baseball/Softball Lesson Instructor

Six1Five Sports Training is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Baseball/Softball Lesson Instructor to join our team. As a leader in sports training, we provide comprehensive and personalized instruction to athletes of all ages and skill levels. The successful candidate will have a passion for the game and a desire to help players develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality baseball/softball lessons to athletes ranging from beginners to advanced players.
• Tailor lesson plans to meet individual player needs and goals.
• Provide instruction on fundamental skills such as hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running.
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective training techniques and drills.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Promote safety awareness and enforce proper technique and sportsmanship.

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching or playing baseball/softball at a high level.
• Strong knowledge of the game and current training techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
• Organizational skills to plan and manage lesson schedules.
• Patience and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate athletes.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
