Brady Martz & Associates is a leading CPA and advisory firm specializing in business valuation, transaction, and transformation services. We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Valuation Analyst to join our Valuation, Transaction, & Transformation team. The successful candidate will support senior analysts and managers in conducting valuations, advising on transitions, and providing strategic planning for business transformations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in business valuation, sell-side advisory, and succession planning while gaining exposure to a variety of industries.
- Detailed review and analysis of economic information, industry trends, financial statements, merger and acquisition transactions and public company information
- Research and analyze the company’s financial statements and predict future financial risks and returns
- Preparation and present business valuation reports and documentation to management
- Preparing due diligence questions for client calls and meetings
- Participating in client meetings and communications
- Keep up to date with the latest economic market trends, industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure accurate valuations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
- Strong technology and communication skills
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Team player
- Ability to think innovatively
This position can potentially be hybrid/remote for the right candidate.
