Youth soccer coach with FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

Super Soccer Stars is seeking creative, enthusiastic, and dynamic coaches to join our team and help inspire children to be active and learn through the power of soccer. As one of the premier youth educational soccer programs in the country, Super Soccer Stars has been using the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children develop confidence, physical literacy, and socialization skills for over 20 years. Our best-in-class curriculum uses positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to ensure that each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing kids to improve at their own rate. We are looking for coaches who share our passion for creating a fun, non-competitive, educational environment for children to develop skills and teamwork while having a blast. Monday 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm

Tuesday - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Wednesday - 9:00 am - 11:00 am & 2:00pm - 3:15 pm

Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, fun, and age-appropriate soccer classes to children ages 2-10
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires children to learn and grow
• Use our proprietary curriculum and session plans to teach soccer skills and encourage positive life skills
• Keep accurate attendance and progress records for each session
• Provide excellent customer service to parents, answering any questions and addressing any concerns that may arise
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to learn and develop as a coach
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean playing area
• Available to coach classes Monday through Friday 9-12 and 3-6; Saturdays 8-1. Create your own schedule based on classes.
• Class locations in York and Lancaster Counties, SC

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and a love of soccer
• Prior experience playing or coaching soccer (or other athletics)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a fun, high-energy environment that engages children
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of each individual child
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations within the assigned area
