Training Specialist IV

*This is a contingent position based on the successful award of the contract.

*Remote work options are negotiable post-award.

We are currently seeking a Training Specialist to assist in a variety of activities. At FirstDiv, we provide high-quality, professional services to both government and commercial sectors. The qualified candidate shall perform the following tasks:

• Establish training needs, develop goals and objectives, and create training programs.
• Apply the instructional system development (ISD) process to ensure effective training delivery.
• Provide support for Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in support of Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, including establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, and creating training programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or Psychology.
• Training certification (e.g., Military Instructor Certification or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)).
• An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to start. Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
