Tractor Driver

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tractor Driver to join our team. As a Tractor Driver at Eadie's Construction, you will be responsible for operating tractors and other heavy equipment to assist with various construction tasks. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to various work sites
• Perform daily inspections of the tractor and related equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Follow project plans and instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized tractor by performing regular maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tractor Driver or similar role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of tractor operations and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks and work in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
