Full Job Description
The Service Manager for Maintenance Services oversees the execution of maintenance projects within their assigned area. They estimate project scopes, provide technical support to the sales team, and supervise Team Leaders to ensure project completion in adherence to contractual obligations. This role involves managing personnel, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely reporting. Adaptability to varying schedules and flexibility for weekend travel are required.
Requirements
· Safety Awareness
o Work directly with client personnel on site to ensure project and personnel safety.
· Organizational Leadership
o Directly supervise craft personnel.
o Manages personnel such that all projects are adequately manned and contractual obligations are met.
· Quality Control
o Ensures all project documentation is completed.
· Customer Focus
o Provides project status to Service Manager; communicates challenges and recommends corrective actions in a timely manner.
o Communicates issues or potential issues to the Service Manager in a timely fashion.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED.B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
· 1-5 years in construction, equipment maintenance, project management, or related field.
· Efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Sound understanding of project controls, project risk management tools, and industrial equipment/processes.
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
