to join our growing team! This crucial role will focus on creating impactful copy for social channels, as well as being an integral part of video production and editing. You'll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence through compelling video and social media content.

Job Overview

As a Social & Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content strategies that include high-quality video content, engaging social media posts, and impactful copywriting. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and elevate our digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for video and social media channels that align with company goals and target audience.
• Create and edit high-quality video content, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production editing for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write and edit engaging social media content and copy, maintaining the brand voice and tone.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm content ideas, identify trends, and develop storytelling that resonates with audiences.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
• Monitor performance analytics for video and social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on insights to maximize engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing, video editing, and social media trends.
• Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to increase visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, strategy, and video production.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of production processes.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to write for different tones and audiences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video projects and social media campaigns.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating visual content.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
