You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating onsite activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct onsite construction activities, including subcontractors and construction crews.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate and communicate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction crews, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Track and report on project progress, including milestones, timelines, and budget.
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
